Kayak Blades is our watersports club set up to give children, young people and their families a chance to experience new and exciting watersports activities on the River Thames and the Canal. Join us at our fantastic water sports site at Canalside in Ladbroke Grove.

Sessions are free and open to local resident children aged 8 to 18.

There are three sessions every Tuesday & Thursday at 4.30pm, each limited to 12 children.

8-10 year olds - Beginners

9-12 year olds - Intermediate

11-18 year olds - Advanced

New changing facilities have been installed at Canalside Activity Centre, including a changing bench and hoist, and a waterside hoist unit mobile transporter and lifting wire. Please see the images below.

It is imperative that you complete and submit our waiver/disclaimer for your child before booking a kayak class .

This must be submitted for every child taking part.

No child will be allowed to participate without this form submitted.

Please arrive ten minutes before each session & meet outside the activity centre

You must bring a spare pare of clothes and old suitable trainers.
