Insight K&C

At Insight Kensington and Chelsea we offer a free, friendly and confidential young people’s Health and Wellbeing service. We provide information, advice and help to young people between the ages of 12 – 25 who are living with or affected by drug or alcohol issues.

A photo of the Insight TeamOur service provides support around prevention and early intervention, wellbeing, smoking cessation, offending and support if parents are using drugs or alcohol. Alongside talking about drugs and alcohol we can help with housing, benefits, education and training. We are based in the community including schools, colleges and hostels to make it as easy as possible for young people to access our services and find the support they need.

Insight has been providing services to young people in Kensington and Chelsea for 11 years and last year extended their services to young people in Westminster.

We run a Hot Café Session on a Wednesday evening between 5:00-7:30pm at Kensal Resource Centre everyone is welcome for some football, food and more.
