Actions

If you have a 2-year-old child and are not working, or are on a low-income and in receipt of certain benefits such as Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit, or Working Tax Credit, your child may be eligible for 15 hours goverment-funded childcare per week. This is known in Kensington and Chelsea as the 'Busy2s' entitlement.

Among other eligibilty criteria are having an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), or being in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA).

In addition, if you have not recourse to public funds (NRPF), you may also qualify for this if you meet certain criteria.

Also, did you know that every 3 and 4 year old in England can access 15 hours goverment-funded childcare per week regardless of circumstances?

If you are on training or in full-time education, you may also be eligible for some financial support.
