Every Mind Matters conversation café events
Come along to Every Mind Matters events taking place in libraries this New Year. Find out how to take steps to look after your mental health and well-being with the new Every Mind Matters ‘Your Mind Plan’, share tips with others, access support and enjoy a cup of tea and slice of cake. Come and join the conversation around mental well-being at:

What is bibliotherapy?
Bibliotherapy is the therapeutic use of the written word to help people in any situation in life. This may include the treatment of illness or personal problems. Many of us use bibliotherapy without realising it. Reading is a way of making sense of the world and our place within it.
