It's time for this year's Summer Reading Challenge! Are you ready to read to six books over the holidays and solve a mystery?

Come into your local library to sign up - children can collect stickers, rewards and clues along the way. And if they complete the challenge by reading six library books, they’ll receive a certificate and might solve the mystery too. It's free and children of all ages can take part.

We also have a fun programme of free events across our libraries this summer. Sign the children up to the Summer Reading Challenge so they keep reading over the holidays.

Visit the library website for the full programme of events.

EPIC CIC work to inspire children and young people to achieve their full potential. They have a fantastic choice of activities, many free and low-cost , on offer for young people during the summer holidays.
