About your online permit application

System availability

Maintenance is scheduled on Thursday 10 April 2014 between 8pm and 8.30pm.
Please do not use this system within this time as your transaction may be interrupted before completion. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

This method of renewal is only available to residents who have received a renewal letter indicating that they can renew online.

Currently this service is only available to residents who

  • require a 6 or 12 month permit.
  • your current permit has not expired.
  • you have made no changes to your account in the last 6 months (name, address, or vehicle).

Your renewal letter will state clearly if you can use the online service.

To renew your permit online you will need your current permit reference number and the pin number provided in your renewal letter. Payment for online renewals can only be made by credit or debit card.

You will be guided through a five step process:

  • 1. Enter permit reference number and pin number
  • 2. Confirm details
  • 3. Accept terms and conditions
  • 4. Payment
  • 5. Confirmation

Once you have successfully processed your renewal online, it may take up to 5 working days for the permit to reach you. Please allow sufficient time between renewing your permit and the expiry of your current permit. If you need help or have any concerns about using the online service, contact the resident parking team on 020 7361 3019.

If your details have changed or if the permit period required is not for 6 or 12 months or if you prefer not to use the online renewal system, you will need to follow the standard renewal process shown below
