In resulting in the loss of a small restaurant unit the proposed change of use would reduce the diversity of uses and restaurant sizes within the Notting Hill Gate Town Centre, materially threatening the vitality of the Town Centre contrary to policy CF3 of the Consolidated Local Plan.

A pre-application advice service is also offered.
