Time limit
The works hereby granted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from 15th May 2015, the date of listed building consent LB/15/01474.
Reason - As required by Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act) 1990, to avoid the accumulation of consents.

Compliance with drawings
The works forming the subject of this consent shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on submitted plans and shall be so maintained.

Railings to Gordon House
The railings to the front lightwells of Gordon House shall be cast iron and individually caulked into the coping stone and so maintained.

Work to match retained fabric - Pergola
All new works and works of making good to the retained fabric, whether internal or external, shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to colour, material, texture, and profile and so maintained.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the building and comply with policy CL4 of the Consolidated Local Plan.
