The proposed development fails to provide an off-street parking space as required by the Unitary Development Plan Policy TR46 and the Planning Standards contained in the Unitary Development Plan, Chapter 13, Paragraph 5.2.5 and Table 5.1. The proposed development also conflicts with the Unitary Development Plan Proposed Alterations Policy TR46. Therefore, it would add to existing pressure upon on-street residential car parking in the Borough and would set an undesirable precedent for further such development to the detriment of amenity.
