Details required by Conditions 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e and 3g (Submission of details) and 4 (Works to match - sample panels required) of Listed Building Consent LB/20/00474 (Extensions, alterations, refurbishment and restoration works to the entire property; redistribution of floor area between two separate residential units including the demolition of two outbuildings (the studio and coach house) and erection of single storey extension to lower ground floor. Reinstatement of staircase between upper and lower ground floors; reinstatement of original fireplaces within principal rooms; inclusion of new fitted joinery throughout; enlargement of second floor shower room to form family bathroom; repairs and decoration to all windows and introduction of secondary glazing system; and removal of modern internal partitions. External repairs including reinstatement of missing diaperwork; replacement of all cast iron downpipes; securing of roof slates and removal of cement mortar and replacement with lime mortar throughout)
