The proposed extensions at main roof level of this Grade II listed host property, together with the associated internal alterations, due to their nature, prominent location, bulk and detailed design, would be harmful to the special architectural and historic interest of the grade II listed property as well as those of the Grade II listed group of which it forms part, therefore contrary to Consolidated Local Plan Policy CL4.
