The proposed change of rooflight from the approved rooflight to one of the same area, similar opening mechanism and lesser projection which allows smoke to vent would not materially alter the existing scheme. The proposal would not require assessment by new policies, or assessment of any policies already considered in a different way or in a manner that would lead to a different conclusion. As such the proposed Non Material Amendment application would comply with Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act and is acceptable.
