1)
Time limit
The works hereby granted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason - As required by Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act) 1990, to avoid the accumulation of consents.

Compliance with drawings
The works forming the subject of this consent shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on submitted plans and shall be so maintained.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the building .
3)
Window and door in white painted timber - raised ground floor level
The window and door hereby permitted at raised ground floor level shall be framed in white painted timber, and be so maintained.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the building and comply with policy CL4 of the Consolidated Local Plan.
4)
Consent confined to alterations to the openings at rear raised ground floor and lower ground floor
All other works and alterations depicted on the submitted drawings do not form part of this permission. All other works need to be implemented and maintained under their perspective permissions and associated conditions.
