Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Discharge of Conditions - Refuse
Decision date: 11 Nov 2019
Conditions and reasons:

1)

It has not been demonstrated that the special histoiric character of the building would be preserved. The submitted details for Condition 3 (b) are largely acceptable, but unfortunately the submissions cannot be approved as they stand due to the deficiencies highlighted in Informative 1, below.

Informatives:

1)

Unique text
You are advised that : a) The window elevation and section details are provided on drawings '13SJ_PL_12 Revision A' and '13SJ_PL_14 Revision A' respectively. These details are largely acceptable; however there is concern that the laminated glass may have an uncharacteristic tint. In a resubmission, please ensure that these drawings are annotated to confirm that clear, low-iron glass will be used. b) An elevation drawing of the double-doors is provided on drawing '13SJ_PL_13 Revision A'; however a section drawing has not been provided. As such, the requirements of this condition have not been met. Please submit a 1:5 section drawing in a revised application, and ensure that the drawings are annotated to confirm that clear, low-iron, glass will be used.
