REASON FOR DECISION The tree being removed is of low amenity value due to low visibility to the public.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will expect to see the following type of tree planted in a like for like or suitable position: a Magnolia 'Galaxy' of at least 8-10cm girth as outlined in BS3936 (Nursery Stock Part 1 Specification for Trees and Shrubs) or BS 5236 (Recommendations for cultivation and planting of trees in Advanced Nursery Stock Category) would make a suitable replacement. The tree shall be planted in the next planting season following removal (the planting season runs from 1 November to 31 March).
