Non-material amendment to planning permission 18/04900 (Formation of basement beneath the house and rear yard with single-storey glazed rear extension and reconfiguration of internal layout, installation of lightwells to both rear and front yard, lowering of the lower ground floor, front vaults and excavation below vaults to form store at basement level, reinstatement of two windows in front bay, provision of two roof-lights on main butterfly roof) to change orientation of front light well stair from highway to lower ground floor to run perpendicular with highway.
