The proposed lowering of the gutter to the mansard roof extension and lower of the mansard window cills would make no material difference to the impacts of the approved planning permission. The proposal would not require assessment by new policies, or assessment of any policies already considered in a different way or in a manner that would lead to a different conclusion. As such the proposed non-material amendment application would comply with Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act and is acceptable.
