Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 20 Sep 2018
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposed rear extension would be of a scale and height that would result in an unacceptable reduction in sunshine hours, and an unacceptable increase in sense of enclosure, to 11 Ilchester Place. As such, the development would fail to ensure good living conditions for neighbouring occupiers, contrary to policies of the development plan in particular policy CL5 of the Consolidated Local Plan.
