1)
Time limit
The works hereby granted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason - As required by Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act) 1990, to avoid the accumulation of consents.
2)
Submission of details
Detailed drawings to a scale of no less than 1:10 unless otherwise specified (including cross-section, elevation, glazing, materials, colour/finish) or samples of materials as appropriate, in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the work is begun, and the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the details so approved and shall thereafter be so maintained:
(a) Details at a scale of 1:10, or where appropriate 1:5, should be submitted detailing floor plans, cross sections with walls, doors and windows, materials, finishes and fixings, and methodlogy of the dry cavity damp water-proofing system, to include vaults.
(b) Detailed drawings at a scale of 1:10 of existing (retained) and proposed floor build-up to lower ground floor, materials and finishes including cross-section.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the building and comply with policy CL4 of the Consolidated Local Plan.
3)
Work to match retained/historic fabric
All new works and works of making good to the retained fabric, whether internal or external, shall be finished to match the adjacent retained/historic work with regard to the methods used and to colour, material, texture, and profile.

Retention of historic fabric
All existing historic fabric shall be retained, unless notated otherwise on the drawings approved under this consent.
