Lack of information on the proposed new / repaired ceiling, location of kitchen units and related services (such as lighting, ventilation and drainage), and lack of information on the existing render type which should be matched.

The removal of historic fabric and the introduction of a stainless steel deck to the front balcony will harm the appearance and the significance of the listed building by introducing a modern alien material to the Regency facade.
