Annual Electoral Register Canvass

Residents should now have received their forms to register on the annual Electoral Register. The Household Enquiry Form is sent to every household in the borough. They contain unique security codes that allow residents to update their details online.

The easiest way to complete the form is online at www.householdresponse.com/rbkc It takes just a few minutes. Enter part 1 and part 2 of your security code. You will find your unique security code on both sides of the form. As well as confirming no changes, you can also add or remove names via this route.

Alternatively, you can complete the form and post it back in the envelope provided (postage is free)

If nothing has changed and the information is correct, you can also:

• Call 0800 197 9871 and when prompted enter part 1 and part 2 of your security code
• Text NOCHANGE followed by your security code to 80212 (if nobody is eligible to vote you should include a reason after your security code; for example: empty, business, 2nd home, none, other).

Householders are asked to make sure that the names of everyone who is eligible to vote are included on the form. We can then send an individual voter registration form to anyone who has not already registered. Remember, if you are not registered to vote then you cannot have a say in any elections.

If the form is not sent back a canvasser will call at your address to collect the form later in the year.

The new Electoral Register is published in December each year.
