Hiring a venue

What is the process for hiring a venue?

  • Provisional dates can be held under an ‘enquiry’ status for up to two weeks
  • After two weeks or if another enquiry is made for that date you will be asked to confirm the booking in writing or release the date(s) within 48 hours.  If we do not hear from the client with this time period,  the reservation will be automatically released.
  • Once your booking has been confirmed you will be invoiced for a deposit
  • Full payment is required at least one month before to the date the hiring commences, or immediately if the hiring is to commence within three months of the booking being made
  • Full details of our terms and conditions, including cancellation fees are available on request and are sent with your deposit invoice
  • Hirers do not have sole rights for any type of event or sole occupancy rights
