Holland ward Councillors, the Mayor and lots of local people opened the newest community kitchen garden off Russell Road. The area was a previously derelict space that had become a magnet for flytipping. Holland Councillors contributed £3,000 from the City Living, Local Life money to the garden project which helped the housing association Family Mosaic revitalise the space.

Other community projects

Holland Councillors are working with the Kensington and Chelsea Foundation, our community gardeners and a voluntary organisation that works with and for older people to kick off local projects for local people. Watch this space or come to the community event on 24 September for more information.
