Nature Photography Competition results

The Ecology Service is very pleased to announce that the judging for our Nature Photography Competition is complete and we can announce the results.

The overall winner is Denise Turley with her glorious photo of a bee visiting flowers. Denise took this fantastic summery picture in Holland Park on her way to the Carnival.

We would like to thank everyone who took part in the competition for their entries. The judges had a very difficult time selecting the best images. We hope you agree that the winners and runners up did a great job showcasing the wonderful variety of wildlife to be found in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

We would also like to thank Councillor Hargreaves and photographer Bruce Tanner for being on the judging panel and helping to choose between all the great photos. A big thank you too to Wildcare, our ecology supplier, for providing the prizes and helping with the difficult task of judging.
