The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has a responsibility to promote equality. The information you provide will be handled by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information will only be used in relation to this consultation by the Housing and Corporate Property Departments. The information provided will inform the recommendation of a final Leaseholder and Freeholder Options Policy to the Council’s Cabinet, who will decide whether to implement the recommended policy. The Council will publish a response to the consultation, but will not publish individual comments nor will individual respondents be identified.
