Your data will be handled by the Royal Borough in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Please tell us if you agree with the policy and your views on the alternatives. The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has a responsibility to promote equality. Collecting, analysing and using equality information will help us to understand how the Leaseholder and Freeholder Options Policy might affect various sections of our communities, and helps us meet their specific needs. It also helps us identify discrimination and barriers to accessing services. |

Data protection: The information you provide will be handled by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information will only be used in relation to this consultation by the Housing and Corporate Property Departments. The information provided will inform the recommendation of a final Leaseholder and Freeholder Options Policy to the Council’s Cabinet, who will decide whether to implement the recommended policy. The Council will publish a response to the consultation, but will not publish individual comments nor will individual respondents be identified.
