Kensington Memorial Park Improvements

This winter we will complete improvement works to Kensington Memorial Park. The wet play area is now 14 years old and requires an upgrade.

We are also seeking residents’ views on proposals for a new outdoor gym at the park. Please tell us more about the kind of equipment you want and where you think it should go.

Proposed Outdoor Gym

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea recognises the importance of physical activity in maintaining good health, preventing ill health and supporting mental wellbeing. We want our residents to be able to enjoy physical activity and we are committed to providing facilities for this. We are consulting on proposed plan to install an outdoor gym in Kensington Memorial Park and we would encourage residents to share their view on whether they support this proposal and their preference for its location and equipment type.
