Resident Involvement Strategy

Thank you for taking part in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s Housing Management Resident Involvement Survey. Your opinions are important to us.They will directly impact the resident involvement work we undertake within the Housing Management directorate. Your answers to this survey will help us inform and finalise our Resident Involvement Strategy. More importantly, it will also help us better to understand residents’ views and feelings on a number of issues relating to involvement. This will help shape our wider activities and thinking. Thereby, allowing us to better coordinate, co-design and work together with residents to offer a wider, more suitable range of ways to be involved.

We also encourage your feedback on the draft Resident Involvement Strategy, Question eight of this survey provides a dedicated space for comments. You can read a copy of the draft strategy on the Council's website.
