Booking and payment procedures

  • Provisional dates can be held under an ‘enquiry’ status for up to two weeks
  • After two weeks or if another enquiry is made for that date you will be asked to confirm the booking in writing or release the date(s)
  • Once your booking has been confirmed you will be invoiced for a deposit
  • Full payment is required at least one month before to the date the hiring commences, or immediately if the hiring is to commence
    within two months of the booking being made
  • Full details of our terms and conditions, including cancellation fees are available on request and are sent with your deposit invoice
  • Hirers do not have sole rights for any type of event or sole occupancy rights


Payment procedures

Payments for all credit and debit cards can be made through the Cashiers Office at Kensington Town Hall during normal office hours; 9am-5pm on 020 7361 3868. Important: This payment facility is only available up to three days prior to an event. The Council reserves the right to issue a surcharge of three times the hourly rate for each hour a client remains on site outside of the contracted hours.
