Black dog

The Council has two animal wardens who can provide a wide range of information and advice for dog and other animal owners in the Royal Borough. They will also round up any stray animals which are causing a nuisance. In addition, they patrol a number of council states as agreed with the Tenant Management Organisation. Where necessary, they can issue fixed penalty notices for dog fouling.
