Cocktail Parties (not available on Saturdays)	£1,250.00 - 6.30pm – 9pm
Seated Dinners	£2,250.00 - 6.30pm – 11pm
Filming/TV/Photography	Separate charges available on application

Clients must be aware that the above hire charges do not include insurance. All events must be insured before they take place. The insurance charge is 9 per cent of the hire fee plus 5 per cent premium tax. This fee will automatically be added to the hire fee and will be clearly stated on the booking form.

Over-run
Please note an excess charge of £100.00 per 15 minutes is made for over-running the agreed time.

There is a 5 per cent discount for bookings made by Patrons of Leighton House.

Please note that Leighton House is closed to the public during the day on Tuesdays, but evening events take place in the normal way. Although open on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays during the day, there are no evening events.
