Hiring Leighton House
A Palace of Art
Leighton House is unique among the capital's museums in that it combines outstanding collections of High Victorian art with the atmosphere and intimacy of a private home.
This very virtue makes Leighton House Museum an exceptional venue for entertaining, providing an unforgettable setting for corporate and private dinners, receptions, lectures, concerts and photographic or filming shoots.
The exotic Arab Hall is a perfect and sumptuous setting for drinks and canapés. Leighton's Studio on the first floor caters for 80 people and is ideal for both corporate and private dinners.
Alternatively, for a more intimate or formal occasion the elegant dining room can be used to seat 30 guests. For receptions, this unique venue comfortably accommodates 150 guests in total and during summer evenings the recently restored Victorian garden is available.
The Studio, traditionally used by Lord Leighton for his musical soirees, continues to host recital concerts and lectures and has a seating capacity of 130.
