Thursdays from 10.30am - 11am.

They start and finish at the Holland Park Café.
Do you enjoy the company of other people? Would you like to take up regular and enjoyable physical activity to improve your health? Then why not join us on a Health Walk?
The weekly Holland Park Health Walk is led by trained volunteer leaders. There is a leader at the front of the group and, at the very back, 'a back marker' leader ensures that no one is left behind and that all levels are catered for. Walkers are encouraged by the leaders to walk at a brisk pace, the emphasis however, is on the walkers' brisk pace, not the leaders'.
The walks are suitable for all fitness levels and we particularly encourage beginners to join in. You will not need special equipment or clothing, just wear warm clothes, ideally in layers and a waterproof coat in case it is wet - the walks are held rain or shine! Flat comfortable shoes or trainers are also ideal.
The 30 minute walk takes place on Thursdays from 10.30am - 11am. It starts and finishes at the Holland Park Café. Walks are free of charge but you may wish to bring some money for a warm drink afterwards!
If you enjoy walking and are 65 or over, why not take part in our Kensington and Chelsea On the Move programme, a part of the Healthy Lifestyles Project? You'll receive a pedometer to count your steps, an activity diary to record your progress and lots of support and information on healthy living.
There are currently three walks in Kensington and Chelsea that run all year round (some with exception of bank holidays). The walks are all free of charge and open to all.
Please wear suitable shoes as it can get muddy occasionally and please bring a rain coat. You may also want to bring a small amount of money for a social tea/coffee at the end of the walk. The three walks are:
