Common Assessment Framework (CAF)

Background

The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is an essential part of the Government’s Every Child Matters: Change for Children Agenda. It has been developed as a tool for early intervention for practitioners working with children and young people.

A local implementation plan is under development including a training programme for staff across agencies.  More information will be added to this site as it is developed.
