Planning Decisions
Here you can find information about planning decisions made in the Royal Borough. These include permissions, refusals, listed building consents and refusals, and certificates.
We have divided our search into two forms. You can search our Archive of Planning Decisions as kept from 1948 containing the full planning history of a property or, search recent Planning Decisions issued since 2000 which will include scanned documentation and conditions and reasons of granted applications.

Planning Decisions that are shown as Refused may be subject to appeal or have been overturned on appeal. See Planning Appeals.
Scanned copies of the submitted plans and drawings for planning decisions may be viewed by clicking on ‘view documents and drawings’ on the search results page.
Scanned copies of the decision notice from December 2005 may be viewed on this site 10 days after publication, or from 5 days after publication at www.ukplanning.com.
