2. Budgets shown are for the financial year 2014-15 and reflect
only those for which the individual named is directly responsible
and not those for which they are indirectly responsible but for
which day to day management has been delegated. Where day to day
management for budgets has been delegated to officers whose salary
falls below the reporting threshold, these budget sums are excluded
from the disclosure. This may result in some officers showing a
zero budget responsibility.
Budgetary responsibility totals include income as well as
expenditure where applicable.
3. Shared Working: The actual proportion of salary costs are
shared across the boroughs according to service requirements.
WCC/RBKC/H&F indicates tri-borough working; RBKC/H&F
indicates bi-borough working; RBKC indicates single borough
4. Please note that the pay bands published above are not salary
scales for the posts shown alongside them. They are £5,000
bands commencing at the threshold for publication of our senior
officer salaries of £50,000 per annum. Officers’ salaries
fall within these bands and actual salaries are not shown.
