Appeals

If you have been refused a place for your child at a school you applied for, you have the right to appeal against the decision. An independent panel will hear your appeal and their decision is binding for both the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the school. The panel will be made up of people who have experience in education and people eligible to be lay members (people without personal experience of school management or the provision of education).

For further information on the appeals procedure for Royal Borough primary community schools or Holland Park secondary school, please contact us on tel: 020 7361 2210.
