Notting Hill Carnival Reserve List Application Form 2012

There is £6 registration fee for adding your details to the street trading reserve list. The Filming and Special Event Office will contact you for a debit or credit card payment (we do not accpet American Express).

This fee is non refundable - it is the Royal Borough’s policy to recover the full costs incurred in connection with street trading and this fee is to cover the cost of administering the reserve list.

Please note that completing this application does not guarantee you a site at Notting Hill Carnival.

If successfully chosen to trade at Notting Hill Carnival, will you be bringing a contained catering unit? (Please note that your unit must fit within the designated space given)
