Who's Who and Who Was Who

Giving you a fascinating insight into the private lives of public figures – Who’s Who is the leading source of information on the most influential people in British public life today.

Who’s Who has been published every year since 1849, and contains over 33,000 entries giving detailed information on each person including their career, honours, family history, hobbies and interests and contact details.

Access Who's Who and Who Was Who

You can now access Who’s Who via the internet. Please see Who's Who and Who Was Who

You can also search for over 90,000 noteworthy people from all walks of life, now deceased in Who Was Who so you can trace a family throughout their history.

The online edition will be updated on a monthly basis so you get the latest information on a person. It also links to other biographical works online, including Dictionary of National Biography. Entries can be emailed or printed.
