Physical access to our Libraries

Library staff are on hand to help you use facilities in all our libraries.

Central Reference Library

• Located on first floor
• Level access into building
• Lift access to first floor study area
• Good manoeuvrability including wheelchair access

Chelsea Reference Library

• Located on first floor
• Lift access into building at ground floor (at side of building)
• Additional lift access to first floor
• The main study area is accessed via small flight of steps. However, some additional table space is available in wheelchair accessible areas

The Learning Space at Brompton Library

• Located on the first floor
• Level access into building
• Stairs or stair lift to first floor learning space
• Good manoeuvrability including wheelchair access

The Learning Space at North Kensington Library

• Located on the first floor of the building
• Ramp access via Children's library and then lift or steps and/or lift from main library entrance to first floor learning space
