Fines and charges

While borrowing books are free, some items you will need to pay a fee for borrowing such as videos and DVDs.

We also offer a range of services that are chargeable, such as reproduction work on pictures available from our archive.

Concessions are reserved for those that live, work or study in the Royal Borough. However if you join as an out of Borough member you will still be able to enjoy a wide range of our services.
