We recognise that Carnival has a big impact on the lives of those who live and work in Notting Hill and surrounding areas each year.

Throughout the year, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council have worked very closely with the new London Notting Hill Carnival Ltd directors to ensure that we have a great Carnival, but also get a fair deal for residents.
