This document sets out the planning and design guidelines for the site, in terms of how the site should look, how it will be used and how it fits in with the surrounding neighbourhood.

This document combines the Core Strategy and the North Kensington Area Action Plan, which we consulted on earlier in the year. This document feeds back the results of the earlier consultations and lets you know how our thinking on many of the key issues facing the borough is evolving.
We will be holding a series of workshops in September, which you are warmly invited to attend.

From 25 February 2008 the Council will be fully integrated with the new national standard planning application forms 1APP.
This will replace all existing types of planning application forms (except minerals) within England. For more information go to the Planning Portal webpage 1APP.
Please note: When submitting electronic applications all drawings/attachments must be no larger than A3 showing a clear vertical and horizontal scale bar. For further details please see our Guidance Notes. Guidance Notes.
The consultation on the Issues and Options for the Council's Core Strategy and for the North Kensington Area Action Plan has now ended. Thank you to everyone who sent comments. We will publish the findings on this website towards the end of July
You can still download and print pdf versions of these documents, although you can no longer comment on them.
The Council is continuing to work on the Subterranean Developments and Tall Buildings Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD). It is anticipated that the Subterranean Developments SPD will be published in July. The Tall Buildings SPD will follow in the autumn.

Scanned copies of the submitted plans and drawings for current planning applications may be viewed by clicking ‘view documents and drawings’ on the search results page or at www.ukplanning.com.
You may comment on applications, or if you would like us to investigate a possible breach of the planning rules, please contact the Council either through the website at www.ukplanning.com or directly by email, to the Planning Department, quoting the reference number, email planning@rbkc.gov.uk.
Letters regarding planning applications are in the public domain. As such they will be scanned by the Council and may be made publicly available both on our web site and also in hard copy for public scrutiny.
We will try to acknowledge receipt of your email within 24 hours and attempt to respond in more detail within 10 working days.
