The outline planning permissions establish the
key principles of the Earl’s Court development. The detailed
proposals for the development site require further determination by
the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and the London
Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF).

The first package of reserved matters applications for part of
‘Earl’s Court Village’ was granted in April 2014 (ref:
PP/13/07062). Details of this application can be found here. A separate reserved
matters application for the adjoin land within LBHF was also
granted in April 2014 (2013/05200/RES). These applications detail
the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for the respective
parcels of land.

A revised application for the development of West Brompton
Village has been received by RBKC, following the withdrawal of a
recent application in February 2014. The redevelopment scheme
proposes new retail units, 16 residential units as well as a new
public square to the north of West Brompton Station. Click on
