Supplementary Planning Document

The draft Silchester Garages SPD provides guidance as to how the Council envisages the development of the site. The purpose of the document is to examine the issues and opportunities for the site and provide detailed design guidance, phasing planning obligation requirements arising from the development of the site.

The Silchester Garages Planning Brief was adopted on 28 July 2011. The Key Decision for the Planning Brief, the Planning Brief, the Environmental Assessment Screening Decision and a summary of the comments received during the consultation are also available for download below. A hard copy of the Planning Brief is also available at the Planning Information Office in the Customer Service Centre at Kensington Town Hall and at all libraries in the Royal Borough.
