Vanessa Walters is a novelist, playwright and poet.
She has published two novels, Rude Girls (1996) and Best Things in Life (1998) and written a number of plays including Caribbean Kitchen (Birmingham Rep) and Double Take (Nottingham Playhouse).
She is a contributor to the media giving comment and arts reviews (Guardian, BBC Radio 4 Front Row, New Statesman) and is a montly columnist for Pride Magazine.
Vanessa is currently at work on her third novel
