The 'Best Start in Life' is the new government strategy, which aims to provide the best opportunities and support for children right from the beginning, so they can thrive. It means helping families to support their children to succeed through everyday experiences, high-quality learning and play in the crucial, formative early years.
In Kensington and Chelsea, the Best Start Family Hubs bring together all the support you may need as a family, from pregnancy and during the first years of life. Support is also available for families and children up to the age of 19 (or 25 if they have a disability).
There is a children’s centre in each of the Best Start Family Hubs with activities for very young children and a wide range of support for families with children of older ages.
