We've made improvements to your account

Before you login to your MyRBKC account, we wanted to let you know that we have changed systems to improve your experience when contacting us using your MyRBKC account.

Your account details, old cases, and current questions will move over to our new system by the end of Wednesday 11 May 2022. 

What happens next?

Before your first sign in, on or after Wednesday 11 May 2022, you will need to change your password and validate your email address to access your MyRBKC account.

How to change your password
  1. Click or tap on the 'change password' button below. You will be taken to the 'Forgotten password' webpage. 
  2. Enter your email address and click or tap the ‘Send verification code’ button. 
    • We will send you a six digit verification code by email to validate your email address.
    • The verification code will expire after five minutes. 
    • If you do not use the verification code within five minutes you will need to request a new verification code by clicking the ‘Send verification code’ button again.
    • Check your spam folder if you have not received your verification code.
  3. When you have received your verification code, enter the six digit verification code and verify it using the ‘Verify code’ button.
  4. Click or tap the Continue button.
  5. Create a strong password. Your password must be at least eight characters long and include at least:
    • 1 lowercase
    • 1 number
    • 1 special character.
  6. Please re-enter your password to confirm to it matches.
  7. Click or tap the Continue button. 

When you're ready to change your password, click or tap the 'change password' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have already changed your password, you can sign in to your MyRBKC Account using your new password.
