Important update: limited access to Libraries and Archives systems

Our library systems are currently restricted. Some services are available, but others are not.

What you can do
• borrow and return books using self-service kiosks
• access online resources
• use public PCs at Chelsea Library, North Kensington Library, Kensal Library and Junior Library at Kensington Central
• connect to guest wifi

What you cannot do
• join the library or renew an expired membership
• renew loans online or by phone
• borrow or return DVDs or CDs at self-service kiosks
• borrow, renew, or return items at the staff desk
• use public PCs at Brompton Library and the Reference Library at Kensington Central
• Print from any device
• Make card payments at kiosks (our card readers are currently unavailable)
• Reserve items for collection

Fines
If you return items using self-service but they are not processed, any fines will be waived when system access is restored.
