A MyRBKC account lets you manage council services in one place.

You can:

• manage your Council Tax and Housing Benefit
• order recycling and waste services
• report a problem in your area
• sign up for email updates about council services
• track your requests and check their status

If you already have an account, you'll need to reset your password and confirm your email address the first time you sign in.

How to create a MyRBKC account

To create an account, you'll need to:

1. Go to MyRBKC account
2. Select Sign up
3. Enter your email address
4. Request a verification code, check your junk folder if you do not receive it
5. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email
6. Create a new password. Your password must include:
   • at least 8 characters
   • 1 uppercase letter
   • 1 lowercase letter
   • 1 number
   • at least 1 special character (for example, ! @ £ $ % ^ & * )
7. Confirm your new password
8. Enter your first name, last name and phone number
9. Read and accept the terms and conditions
10. Select Create to submit your information
