Description

Page from a sketchbook. View of a landscape from a hillside looking down towards a large lake in the distance beyond which is a row of hills. At the extreme left are the towers of a church and other buildings can be seen dropping down the hillside to the lake. A second village can be seen on the right on the lakeside. In the foreground are two large trees, between which stands a bench.
